We are looking for a qualified & experienced individual to join our team and fulfill the role of Commercial Construction Project Manager in Newton, KS.

The Best Fit

Highly qualified individuals start with some or all the below knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• At least 5 years’ experience in COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL Construction
• Estimating/Bidding experience a must
• Project Management experience a must
• Submittals, RFIs, Meetings, Agenda, Close-out Documents
• Manage Multiple Projects on budget and as scheduled
• Develop a written schedule to help guide materials, equipment, and personnel while monitoring overall job progress and proactively identify project issues
• Examine the project drawings and specifications to give you the knowledge in assisting your project team to meet the intent of architects, engineers and owners
• Represent the company with the utmost integrity in all aspects and interactions with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and the general public
• Commercial & Industrial Construction process knowledge and passion
• Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam

Commercial Construction Project Manager – Newton

• Starting Pay: $55,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Project Bonuses: based on job profitability
• Christmas Bonus – based on company profitability
• Accrued Paid Time Off: 2.0 hours/week (equals over 3 weeks/year, may be taken incrementally)
