- Married the daughter of his mom’s college roommate
- Vacations each year with his wife of 30+ years, grown son, daughter and son-in-law
- Worked in education for 29 years, so still enjoys volunteering in the community and helping neighbors

The thing I like most about working for Vogts Construction is most definitely the people. Vogts has employed some amazing people over the years. Everyone has their own unique qualities, strengths and passions. We have defiantly become one big family.

- Enjoys spending time and playing with her four children, traveling and going on adventures
- Loves mixology (creating new and different cocktails) and cooking new dishes
- Attended culinary school, was a pastry chef and spent nearly 20 years in the restaurant business
- Was a choir girl, still enjoys singing and listens to a variety of music ranging from the Eagles to Broadway show tunes

- Enjoys hunting upland game, camping, boating and fishing with her boyfriend
- Trains English Springer Spaniels for hunting and field training
- Loves the water, including jet skiing
- Enjoys knitting, growing a garden, canning/preserving and live music with friends
