The Best Fit
The right individual with the best fit in our company and this position will start with some or all of the below knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Construction
- Estimating & Bidding experience in Construction
- Development of written schedules to help guide materials, equipment, and personnel while monitoring overall job progress and proactively identifying project issues
- Examining project drawings and specifications to give you the knowledge in assisting your project team to meet the intent of the architects, engineers, and owners
- Representing the company with the utmost integrity in all aspects and interaction with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and the general public
- Commercial & Industrial Construction process knowledge and passion
- Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and Bluebeam

- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Newton Kansas
- Starting Pay: $55,000 – $75,000/year – based on experience
- Project Bonuses – based on job profitability
- Christmas Bonus – based on company profitability
- Accrued Paid Time Off – 2.0 hours/week
- Sick Leave – 3 days (incremental up to 24 hours)
- Company-Paid Holidays – 6 per year
- Health Insurance Reimbursement – up to $800/month for approved insurance expenses depending on filing status
